HydroScape Analytics

Our Story

As uncertainty builds around water resource availability, management informed by both hard data and quantitative models have become of great use. HydroScape Analytics was formed in 2024 as a response to the growing need for models and hydrologic data to support management decisions. Our services extends to all states across the West.

Principle

Justin Bowen, PhD

I started HydroScape Analytics in response to the growing need for process based and analytical models in water resource management. Interstate compact renegotiations, growing populations in the west, recreation powered economies, and a changing climate, is followed by the need for highly predictive models and informative data analysis. I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a PhD in Hydrologic Science. My expertise is formed around the challenge of integrating public water right data into hydrologic modeling to improve model predictive power. I have worked with multiple government and local agencies and consultants to improve the current state of water resource availability and use, and plan for the future.
